Enveloped in a creamy texture, the vibrant notes of jasmine, the fruity flavors of orange and blackberry, and the gentle sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar gently intertwine.

This area in northern Thailand, near the border with Laos, is higher in altitude and cooler than surrounding regions, and enjoys significant temperature differences between day and night.

Under these conditions, the cherries ripen slowly, increasing in sugar content and accumulating complex flavors.

The bright, floral character unique to this land is complemented by the rounded sweetness and creamy texture achieved through the honey process.
