Elida Estate, owned by Lamastus Family Estates, is a legendary farm renowned for producing some of the world’s finest Geisha coffees.
This particular lot comes from the estate’s iconic “Aguacate” plot and is processed using Elida’s innovative DRD (Dark Room Dry) technique in a Honey process, resulting in exceptional clarity and texture.

The aroma opens with sweet notes reminiscent of fresh coconut and ripe pineapple. On the palate, a refreshing hint of mint emerges, followed by a silky, glossy mouthfeel evocative of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). The finish is elegant and lingering, with subtle pink pepper–like spice carrying through the aftertaste.
