「Coffee Omakase 」

在這場限定聯名活動中，來自東京的預約制咖啡品牌 Lonich 將把來自東京的招牌體驗 「Coffee Omakase」 帶來台北。

本次活動將與台北創意餐飲空間 Knock Knock Heaven 及咖啡空間 Cream & Beans 共同呈現，探索咖啡、食物與當代文化之間的關係。

活動期間，KKH 將為 Lonich 的咖啡體驗設計專屬搭配料理。
每一道料理皆經過精心開發，旨在呼應咖啡中的風味、香氣、口感層次，以及整體體驗的節奏與變化。

不同於傳統咖啡品飲或沖煮展示，Coffee Omakase 是一場完整的感官旅程。
透過精心編排的飲品與食物搭配，來賓將從風味、香氣、質地、溫度與呈現方式等面向，探索咖啡更多元的可能性。

每一道體驗皆由 Lonich 與 KKH 團隊共同準備與呈現，融合 Lonich 對咖啡的獨特理念，以及 KKH 對餐飲創意與感官體驗的探索。

本次體驗將選用多款精選咖啡豆，其中包含為此次活動特別挑選的稀有及限量微批次（micro-lot）咖啡。

此體驗無需具備專業咖啡知識，適合所有喜愛飲食、飲品、職人精神，以及探索新味覺體驗的來賓。

所有場次將準時開始，請務必準時抵達。
由於座位數量有限，遲到、取消預約或未出席者，可能無法申請退款。

Coffee Omakase Experience

For this limited collaboration, Lonich, will bring its signature Coffee Omakase Experience from Tokyo to Taipei.

The event will be hosted in collaboration with Knock Knock Heaven and Cream & Beans, a Taipei-based café and creative dining space that explores the relationship between coffee, food, and contemporary hospitality.

For this event, KKH will create a series of original food pairings designed especially for Lonich,’s coffee courses. 
Each dish will be developed to complement the flavours, aromas, textures, and overall progression of the experience.

Rather than a conventional coffee tasting or brewing demonstration, Coffee Omakase is designed as a complete sensory journey.
Through a carefully curated sequence of original drinks and food pairings, guests will discover the different possibilities of coffee through flavour, aroma, texture, temperature, and presentation.

Each course will be prepared and served by the Lonich, and KKH teams, combining Lonich,’s approach to coffee with KKH’s creativity in food.

The experience will feature a selection of exceptional coffees, including rare and limited micro-lots chosen especially for this event.

No specialist knowledge of coffee is required.
The experience is designed for anyone who enjoys food, drinks, craftsmanship, and discovering new flavours.
