When sampling various lots in Shenzhen, EA10 stood out to me as the most captivating by far.

It carries the long process name "Cool Fermented Washed with Climate Controlled Drying", which, as the name suggests, means the coffee underwent low-temperature fermentation followed by carefully controlled humidity and temperature drying.

While it retains the quintessential Esmeralda character (in the best possible way), the flavors are exceptionally bright, complex, and beautifully refined.

The variety is Geisha, more precisely known as Green Tip Geisha.
