Producer Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee farmer from the Quindío region of Colombia.
Together with his wife, Luz Elena Salazar, and their two sons, Carlos and Felipe Arcila, he founded Cofinet, a company now widely recognised within the specialty coffee sector.
Jairo spent more than forty years working as a mill manager for Colombia’s second-largest coffee exporter before retiring in 2019.
