Beyond its boosted, easily recognizable flavors, this coffee embodies the rich, full-bodied texture unique to Yunnan, resulting in an intense sweetness. From multiple experimental processing patterns conducted by No-stone Coffee, we have carefully selected and imported a lemon-infused lot that harmonizes beautifully with the coffee's inherent qualities. No-stone Coffee Co. primarily sources coffee cherries from the Pu'er region, processing them at their own facilities and distributing them across China. The company’s founder, Wei Hangyu, is a CQI-certified Q Instructor and possesses extensive expertise spanning from coffee production to processing. Their office and laboratory, located on the outskirts of Simao District, serve as a hub for farmer education, experimental cultivation, and processing research. Dedicated to producing not only unique but also high-quality coffee, No-stone Coffee continues to push the boundaries of innovation in the coffee industry.
