This is a Janson lot we successfully acquired at last year’s Best of Panama auction.

While Janson coffees have appeared at Lonich on several occasions, this particular BoP lot, jointly purchased with overseas buyers, stands apart with its deeply expressive fruit character—evoking black cherry, blackberry, and dark grapes. A bright, layered acidity unfolds across the palate, leading into an elegant finish reminiscent of black tea and pu-erh tea. The sweetness remains persistent even as the cup cools.
