Tri-Up Coffee is a Taiwanese green coffee importer. Its founder, Mr Eric, claimed victory at the 2023 Taiwan Brewers Cup and is regarded as a rising figure in the industry, known for sourcing distinctive, high-quality lots.

The name “Tri-Up” reflects their philosophy: “Tri”, derived from Latin, signifies the three essential pillars of coffee, the producer, the drinker and the roaster, while “Up” expresses the idea of growing together. In practice, this philosophy extends to close collaboration with farms, including joint development of exclusive lots. ASD Natural, short for Anaerobic Slow Dried, is a process well known even within Panama itself.

Compared to conventional anaerobic coffees, it allows for a more delicate yet complex expression of flavour, setting it apart from the boldly funky profile often associated with anaerobic fermentation. The aroma is charming and lively, almost playful, while the mouthfeel and flavour unfold with remarkable softness. It is a coffee that lets the weight slip from your shoulders, even when you were not aware you were carrying it, offering a quiet sense of calm amid the intensity of modern life.
