This is Lonich,’s very first Signature Blend.

When people hear the word “blend”, they often think of mildness, approachability, or complexity. For us, however, a blend isn’t simply a technique to achieve those qualities, it’s a way of expressing the Lonich, brand and philosophy.

When creating our first signature blend, we set three key words as our guiding principles: Simple Elegant Refined We explored various approaches, including blending expressive Geishas and innovative infused coffees. After plenty of trial and error, we ultimately arrived at a remarkably simple idea: blending different varieties from the same farm. T

he blend brings together Typica and Bourbon, two varieties that sit at the very roots of coffee itself. By combining these, we aimed to create a cup that is straightforward yet layered, a blend that clearly reflects the refined and considered world of Lonich,.

Typica: bright acidity with a soft, smooth mouthfeel 
Bourbon: deeper sweetness with a long, structured finish

Through a carefully balanced ratio and precise roast level, these elements come together to create a cup that feels both simple and complex at the same time.
